HOW TO TAKE YOUR OUTFIT FROM DAY TO NIGHT

HOW TO TAKE YOUR OUTFIT FROM DAY TO NIGHT

SPEEDY AND SAVVY DRESSING MADE EASY BY A SWIPE OF LIPPY AND A TOUSLE OF YOUR LOCKS

We all know the oh so real struggle of having to dress for multiple occasions throughout one day. This can happen amongst the hectic-ness of the festive season but also in the height of summer, when family barbecues and drinks on the beach pry us away from our desks. This is a particular skill I have slowly come to (and am still) mastering, thanks to my blogger work life. You constantly find yourself having to dress for a multitude of occasions spanning across one day and more than often requiring no less than a suitcase! This can range from breakfast meetings leading to events at nightclubs and rooftop bars or you can find yourself having to dress for a hardcore workout session followed by a formal dinner (hiya sweat and sticky hair!)

The fact is, I’d rather not lug a heavy bag around London all day, having to keep a watchful eye on said bag in the corner of the room at every event. And so I decided to start dressing savvy and make outfits work for all occasions, come rain, shine, casual drinks or dancing on tables. Boohoo challenged me to pick a skirt and style 2 outfits around it, making holiday dressing, capsule wardrobes and general life so much easier! There’s nothing I love more than a bit of versatility and you might have seen I did a similar post in the winter here! So now we’re into summer, here’s how I’m taking my outfits from day to night this season!

STICK ON SOME SASSY SUNNIES AND CHANGE UP YOUR HAIR FOR DAY TIME CHIC

Firstly start with your base piece – the piece everything is central around – I went for this killer £16 skirt (that lace up detail though!) – I usually find it easier to keep the bottom half pieces the same – it’s easier to change your top half up! I was also majorly obsessing over these Leopard print booties so made sure they were also a focal point! You’ll know from my Instagram that I’m not the most colourful of dressers, nor do I wear a lot of print, but a bit of leopard has always caught my eye! I’m also loving how the studs and buckles toughen the look up!

My fave Ray Ban frames are always a must come day time and I whacked my hair up in a little bun to let this fringed beauty of a jumper do the talking! If this isn’t the ultimate summer festival knitwear I don’t know what is! This is also my go to hair style of the moment as it comes out in the most beautiful waves after you’ve left it in for a few hours! (more of these cheeky beauty hacks coming to my YouTube soon!) so you’ve already prepped your hairstyle come night time!

BEING ABLE TO CHANGE UP YOUR LOOK WITHOUT CARRYING A BAG THAT WEIGHS THE EQUIVALENT OF A SMALL CHILD IS ALWAYS A BONUS

For evening, I wanted to accentuate the leopard print and contrast the edgy skirt with something more delicate so spotted this gorge blouse! Embroidered blouses are everywhere this summer so I was dying to add one to my ever expanding floordrobe wardrobe. My fave way to change up my look for the day is to let my hair down (literally!) add a swipe of lippy and either change my top or chuck on a jacket!  It’s remarkable what a bit of red lipstick and some Batiste can do!

The best part was that I could still change up my look but without carrying around a bag that weighs the equivalent of a small child. My trusty cross body was suffice, simply stash with a travel perfume (nothing like a little refresh) lipstick, sunnies, a mini dry shampoo, some powder and you’re good to go! Sometimes I roll up an extra blouse and pop it in, but on this occasion I layered up and wore it underneath!

3 Ways to manage your time like a girl boss

3 Ways to manage your time like a girl boss

“WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN LITTLE WAYS OF GOING ABOUT IT AND IT’S A TOPIC THAT SOUNDS SCARILY GROWN UP AND AT TIMES, PERHAPS A LITTE MUNDANE.”

Time management; probably something all of us do, even without consciously realising. Badly, very well, sporadically, haphazardly – we all have our own little ways of going about it and it’s a topic that sounds scarily grown up and at times, perhaps a little mundane. But the fact is we need a little time management within our lives, whatever your job, whatever your day to day schedule – managing your time efficiently and with a little thought can make the biggest of differences to our lives.

Time management isn’t limited to a certain lifestyle – I needed time management when I worked 4 jobs, juggling working in a coffee shop, a cocktail bar, acting and blogging and I still need it now. Without it, I can feel without purpose, un-proactive and lost and with it I feel like I can take over the world (no exaggeration necessary – you shall see this once put into practice!) So here’s my 3 ways to manage your time like a girl boss – from one aspiring bossy to another.

LIVE FOR THE FUTURE

I constantly keep a little bank of inspirations – a notebook spilling with thoughts, musings and blog post ideas, waiting for the right concept to bring them to life. I’ve worked with my fave Watch guys Ice before over on Instagram, I adore a watch brand that finally brings us luxe, sleek and quality designs without the £1000 price tag – which was why I was super excited to bring you this post in collaboration with them! This seemed like the perfect time to share my time management tips with you all that I’ve been scribbling down for a while! Which brings me to one of the most obvious, but important things about time management – A WATCH! A chic accessory, yes, but also an instantaneous and effective way to always make sure a gal is always on time. I’m sporting the City Tanner ( V. Appropriate for a day in Englands Capital!) My top tip? If your a serial late runner – set your watch 5/10 mins late – it’s guaranteed to always get you shifting (and running for my train only to be early 😉 )

MAKE LIKE A BOSS & GRAB A SASSY DIARY

I‘ve always loved the yearly tradition of picking up a new diary to motivate me for the year ahead – from writing in my GCSE’S to finding my way into adulthood (crap, I’m an adult?!) and scheduling in press days. My friends have often asked why on earth I still use a pen and paper and not my iPhone for scheduling – I can’t quite say why, but I can’t seem to shake the classic diary. It’s almost as if it isn’t set in stone if you haven’t written it down – tapping it into my iPhone calendar just won’t do, this makes me sound so anti millennial which is ironic when I spend 80% of my time on Instagram! In all seriousness, having a sassy diary does wonders in making you feel like your have your life together (even if you don’t!) I feel very organised and grown up writing things down and thats the way I like it and what works for me!

Paperchase do adorable ones, I tend to go for the handbag friendly sizes and jot everything down to my workouts, meetings, events, holidays, birthdays and everything in between. This is particularly helpful when you need to jot down timings too for things, knowing where and when you have to be always keeps me on track. Always make sure to factor in travel time – when we shot this we skipped between meetings and into my all time, fave, lunch spot in the City – No.11 Pimlico Road! If you can’t resist phone organisation you can always take a pic of the weeks schedule anyways 😉

FAIL TO PREPARE, PREPARE TO FAIL

Kind of sounds like something a grandparent would say after you’ve forgotten someones birthday card, but it really does ring true – I’m all over the place if I fail to prepare myself – I’d rather spend time over preparing and feeling at ease than panicking like a mad woman! If you have a busy day – prepare everything you possibly can the evening before in order to sleep easy. Lay your outfit out, pack your bag, check where you need to be and at what time, transport (know which train or what route on your sat nav you’re heading!), sort your food out and everything will fall into place a lot easier!

I can’t say how many times spending an extra 10/20 mins an evening preparing has helped me in the long run (and I’m the type of person who ALWAYS leaves things to the last minute, so this has definitely helped kick the habit!) The fact is when we don’t manage our time, it’s easily wasted and time is SO precious. Having a down day? THATS OKAY, enjoy it and watch a Harry Potter marathon! You’re allowed to enjoy down time, factor in time especially for that – In fact I wrote here all about the importance of taking time out!! Then refresh yourself and feel motivated to kick butt the next day and smash everything on that to do list! That’s the work life balance and that’s what proper time management is all about!

I hope you loved this one beauts – I’ve always felt on top of the world when I manage my time effectively – so I thought why not share the love and hopefully it will help you guys too! I’d love to hear if you have any tips that really help you to get going and smash that to do list!

What to wear to the races (when you don’t like fascinators!)

What to wear to the races (when you don’t like fascinators!)

“I LOVE THE TOWERING HATS, EXTRAVAGANT FASCINATORS AND DRESS SPECTACULARS BUT TRUTHFULLY, THAT JUST ISN’T FOR ME.”

Ahh the Great, British Races – something that’s become some what of a little tradition here on Style Petal! I’ve been invited every year since I’ve had this little blog, so it wouldn’t feel right to miss out one year! The first year saw Cheltenham races, number two was Ascot and this year we headed to Sandowns with the beauts from Closet London, for a day of pretty dresses and champagne! We were blessed with the most stunning, warm and sunshine filled day!

As much as I love dressing up for formal occasions such as the races, if you’ve read this post, all about masculine dressing, you’ll know that I’m a little bit of a tomboy. Sometimes events can make me feel a little out of place or like I’m not being myself – I love the towering hats, the extravagant fascinators and dress spectaculars that the races brings, but truthfully, that just isn’t for me. So I’m sharing my way of dressing for the races – still traditionally, but also catering for those of you like myself, who just haven’t taken a fancy to fascinators 😉

FOLLOW THE RULES

I know, rules! Every race course and each event at the race course has different rules and dress codes for guests – it’s always super handy to check the website beforehand to get the jist! Some are super relaxed, yet still encouraging people to arrive smartly dressed. (really adds to the atmosphere!) Whilst others are notoriously a little more strict, where you will have to arrive with a head piece and sometimes you can’t even wear dresses that bare your shoulders. I always like to get clued up beforehand, perhaps google previous years and get an idea of the vibe and general dress to spark some ideas! I’m also a total Pinterest Whore (so damn addictive!) and I love to put together inspo boards for occasions for when I’m struggling with ideas and inspiration!

TO HEAD PEICE, OR NOT TO HEAD PEICE?

The previous years I attended the races, I’ve worn fascinators on both occasions (I wore a CRACKING and marvellous one at Ascot – you can see the older post here! It was absolutely incredible and I loved it! But I couldn’t help but feel like it just wasn’t me, as grand as I felt, I also felt out of place and like an imposter. I need to feel comfortable to be confident and by comfortable, I mean feel like myself, staying true to my style, so this year I decided to go sans fascinator in favour for something a little more Blair Waldorf esque 😉

Its worth noting that the Aussie’s do race days SO WELL! Their style is minimalistic, chic and streamlined – just my kind of vibe, so I took this into my mind when decided what to wear. They often rock headbands, crowns and boho jewels strung from their forehead, so off I went to Oxford street in search for the perfect headband! I ended up snapping up this beauty which is definitely on the girly side for me, but I adored the velvet pink and jewels!  I’ve often felt like I’d feel a bit naked at the races without a headpiece, which is why I opted for something a little smaller and subtle!

FINDING ‘THE ONE’

I‘ve always liked to make my dress the main attraction, once I’ve got that down, everything else will fall into place. You’ll know I’m a huge fan of Closet London from this previous post during fashion week, their tailoring is always spot on, beautifully crafted material that’s actually made to fit and really flatter your shape. Luxe pieces at a more affordable price point and damn, do their dresses feel good on your body! I’m a sucker for a white dress so as naturally drawn to this simple, laser cut beauty.

Whatever you taste, pick your fave dress shape, something classic and that makes you feel good! This was so comfortable and surprisingly cool on the sweltering day we had! Lace, bright pops of colour, simplistic hues or a streamlined silhouette – get a rough idea of what you’d like to rock in your head and then scour the shops and the online shopping world for your dress of dreams! There’s also constant competitions happening at the races, best dressed, etc and the prizes are always awesome – another incentive to dress your best (besides the cute pics!)

Spain travel diary: A guide to the luxe side of Benidorm

Spain travel diary: A guide to the luxe side of Benidorm

A relaxed, luxe vibe or an adventurous and culture filled

break –  there is literally something for everyone!

Spain; a country I had yet to visit until May and one I’m already avidly planning on going back to immediately (with the boyfriend in tow!) If you lovelies follow me over on my YouTube Channel you’ll know that I recently went to the beautiful Benidorm with a bunch of lovely bloggers and Jet2Holidays for a few, full on days of luxe, laughs, sight seeing and a lot of great food and wine! It really was an incredible place that is often underestimated, so it gives me huge happiness being able to share my experience with you guys!

From where to eat, stay, what to do and wear – I’m spilling it all and every detail that contributed to making this trip so special. Whether you fancy a more relaxed, luxe vibe or an adventurous and culture filled break –  there is literally something for everyone! Jet skiing, scuba diving, divine Tapas and champagne over looking the cliffs – read on to see my little, Spain travel diary and guide to the luxe side of Benidorm!

WHERE TO STAY

A 5 minute drive out of the town and you’ll find the Melia Villaitana, the most picturesque, Instagrammable, pinterest worthy and all round, damn photogenic place I’ve ever been! Our jaws literally dropped to the floor when we arrived, let alone once we saw our rooms – I felt like a total princess and fully made use of the huge bath and beautiful balcony to take in the views across Benidorm’s skyline and coast – at evening this was incredible with all of the twinkling lights! It was perfectly tucked away ever so slightly from the bustling streets, so perfect for a little escape at the end of the day! Ever corner welcomed you with a pastel, washed wall, blooming flowers and glistening pools meandering the whole resort.

We had the most relaxing flight and the bliss continued on arrival – even from a self confession nervous flier! We flew from Stansted, Jet2’s first London base. (I highly recommend grabbing a lounge pass to make use of the insane food and drink to get you in holiday mode!) I’ve always had very active holidays, however I feel like I need to come back to the Melia Villaitana just to purely stay there for a week and soak the tranquility up! There are so many buildings and restaurants (5 + a lounge to be precise!) a spa, golf course – I couldn’t begin to explore it all as it was so vast! Everything oozed luxe and the food and breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a huge variety for all diets and to take anyones fancy (fresh donuts and churro’s for breakfast anyone?!)

WHAT TO DO

This was where Benidorm really out did itself – such a huge variety of things to do and so many gorgeous spots to take in the views (and a few snaps!) Day 1 was spent electric mountain biking up the winding, mountainous roads (they were SO MUCH FUN and had us all in stiches trying to learn how to use them!) This was followed by a visit to The Old Town – a stunning picture of white, washed pillars and blue tiles, with steps floating down to the sea! Day 2 brought a morning of Sea based antics with jet skiing and my first scuba dive, followed by an amazing Tapas tour come evening time!

Our final day brought a Jeep tour, which totally blew us all away. We went on an adventure high up in the mountains, stopping on tiny little roads and wandering through little villages and into the markets (where I picked up that insane pom pom straw bag!) We then headed back to enjoy a bit of pool time and then got ready to visit The Cross of Benidorm, followed by a beautiful dinner and cocktails on a rooftop! Benidorm and the surrounding areas really are drenched in culture and beautiful spots, I really enjoyed immersing myself in everything!

WHERE TO EAT

Top Benidorm spots for luxe cuisine:

  • Ulia – A beautiful beachfront restaurant run by the loveliest people with a really unique array of dishes – wonderful paella too!
  • Llum De Mar – A seriously luxurious experience overlooking the waves crashing agains the shore below you. We had so many beautiful, fresh courses, each bursting with flavour and paired with delicious wine!
  • Son De Mar – Great for a spot of Lunch, again right by the beach with fabulous staff and the best sangria of the trip! Delicious vegetarian dishes and beautiful views across the coast!
  • Los Vascos – Our Tapas tour took us down the winding alleyways and into this delightful restaurant, a real taste of traditional Spanish Tapas, followed by a cheeky Limoncello to finish the evening!
  • Solotula – A quirky restaurant tucked away with beautiful fairy lights that glisten outside whilst you enjoy your food – yet again, the staff were wonderful and the food incredible! A great variety of dishes to suit everyone!

The food was absolutely out of this world! Every morning we dined at our hotel for breakfast, with something for everyone (including champs for the all important bucks fizz!) and sat outside on the decking for a stunning view across the pool. We also tried lunch at one of the restaurants at the hotel – with everything being beautifully fresh. One thing I was really impressed by was the sheer selection and the fact that us vegetarians were really well catered for too, something I forget the importance of until I go away! Everything was also super healthy, fresh and delicious, meaning that you didn’t feel like you needed to hit the gym immediately upon return back to England!

WHAT TO WEAR

You want to be able to tackle all terrains even after a few glasses of Sangria.

I wrote here about the importance of tailoring your holiday wardrobe to what you’re doing to save yourself many stresses! Benidorm had so many varied actitives to choose from, so we needed everything from trainers and denim to floaty dresses and bikinis! Your fave shorts, a tee and loose blouse will become staples and often underwear will be replaced by bikini’s, so pack a few!

Maxi dresses effortlessly take you from day to night whilst keeping you cool and comfortable, I made sure to pack a couple of those too! This Next one was my ultimate fave and got SO MANY compliments – I genuinely felt like the dancing emoji! Forget the heels, you want to be comfortable, at ease and be able to tackle all terrains even after a few glasses of Sangria. Converse, slides, pretty sandals and block heels will be your best friends. Oh and sunglasses, lots of sunglasses and a sassy slogan hat chucked in!

A Luxury English escape: What to do in The Cotswolds

A Luxury English escape: What to do in The Cotswolds

“There were pool parties, moustaches, sombreros, lots of food, Prosecco and Pimms!”

If you lovelies are subscribed to my Youtube Channel or follow along on Insta you’ll know that last week we were whisked off to The Cotswolds by the wonderful guys at The Blogger Programme and Kate and Toms for a few days of luxury and relaxation! There were pool parties, moustaches, sombreros, lots of food, Prosecco and Pimms! We were all taken aback by the sheer beauty and kind of felt like we were in Hogwarts with the tall, stoned walls, ivy climbing every crevice and history around every corner!

I wrote about the importance of taking a break and my little London staycation here, but this time we headed off somewhere a little bit rural and off the grid! Wherever it is you’re staying, and whoever with, I thought I’d put together a little mini guide to the ultimate Luxury, English escape and what to do The Cotswolds! From were we stayed, what we ate to what we did, as well as showing you around our beautiful Mansion for a few days and what you can expect from a little retreat away from the world!

Where to stay

As much as I love hotels, for me, a countryside retreat wouldn’t be complete without staying in one of the many, stunning manor houses they have to offer – I’m obsessed with finding out the history behind them too! If you’ve watched the vlog you’ll notice me and Emma questioning the slightly eery hanging portraits! Kate and Toms have SO MANY properties on their books, this is just the selection to choose from inThe Cotswolds! We stayed in the incredible Marsden Manor  in Rendcomb which has a whopping 10 bedrooms and sleeps 20! I feel like somewhere like this would be perfect for a milestone birthday or celebration away!

It was a bloggers paradise and we ALL made sure to make use of the marble walled bathrooms, deep blue pool and immaculately manicured lawns for some photos opps! It had such a homely, cosy feel and we all agreed that it would be so, insanely magical at Christmas time too to stay somewhere like this! The bed in my room was the comfiest I had ever slept in, I literally sank in and woke to the birds chirping outside my window – bliss!

What to do

We had a wonderful packed couple of days but just enough time left to take in the beautiful views, tranquility and atmosphere of The Cotswolds! I thoroughly recommend making wonderful food plans whilst you’re away – it’s such a lovely sociable time and a great way to get to know people and have amazing conversations into the night! Get outdoors too – rain or shine! Go for a jog, a walk up the hills, check out nearby horse riding, cycling or whack your yoga matt out on the lawn! We also had a super cosy room filled to the brim with blankets for movies and boardgames!

It would also be rude NOT to have a pool party when you have a heated outdoor pool too (because when are pools EVER warm in England!) Complete with inflatable donuts, unicorns and pimms for the perfect sunny afternoon! No Pool? Find a nearby river and have a paddle and a picnic! We also had the lovelies from Blossom & Jasmine come and treat us all to a pamper session with Massages and Manicures which was total bliss! There’s so many hidden Gems in The Cotswolds, immerse yourself in the local culture and things to do – we went for a Brewery Tour before dinner which was so much fun!

What to eat

Whether you’re self catering and whipping up a delicious meal for your friends and family, getting someone else to come and cook for you or dining at a restaurant – it’s always an occasion to look forward to! Dining is hugely sociable and I love dinner party conversations and sitting around a table with a good bottle of wine! We had an insane collection of wines from freshly bottled Bellini’s to fine reds from Sporting Wine, which well and truly kept us hydrated throughout our stay 😉 On our last evening we all sat around the table after we’d finished eating and talked about everything and anything until late, it’s these kind of occasions that I love! Breakfast and lunch were delicious and fresh, a beautiful spread put on by The Blogger Programme girlies – freshly bakes croissants, strawberries, avocado, granola – eating your breakfast outside in the sunshine is a must in the Cotswolds!

For our first dinner we had a full on Mexican party (complete with furry moustaches and sombreros if you’ve seen the vlog 😉 ) an amazing feast from Hello Fresh. (you can actually grab a cheeky discount with the code ‘primrose50’ 😉 ) Mexican is my absolute fave, so to say I was excited would be an understatement! Then for our final evening we had the incredible guys from Las Tapitas cook us an incredible and authentic array of Spanish Tapas – this was such a treat and I highly recommend if you’re self catering for a night off! They explained every dish, the origin and even labelled things so we knew what was GF, vegan, etc! If you’re staying really rural and far from any eateries, self catering is such a lovely way to have fun with cooking whilst being sociable – hello summer BBQ and Pimms!

The importance of having friend dates | Wine tasting in the dark with Laithwaites!

The importance of having friend dates | Wine tasting in the dark with Laithwaites!

“Sometimes nothing beats a cold, glass of wine and a chat with one of your favourite people. It definitely feeds the soul.”

Last week we did just this – myself and the wonderful Emma from The Emasphere – who you’ll almost definitely recognise from my previous post, all about the importance of blogging friends – headed to the Vintage Festival in London with the lovelies at Laithwaites and The Blogger Programme, to have a pretty unique experience and ‘Taste in the Dark’. It’s no surprise if you follow along on Insta Stories, that you’ll know I LOVE a good glass of wine occasionally. Being able to pop to the shops and buy myself a little bottle, to enjoy a glass with Friday evenings dinner is definitely one thing about being an adult that I quite like (a lot!)

Myself and Emma are both wine lovers (she’s Aussie, so naturally a TOTAL PRO!) So it’s always super fun to hang out and have a good catch up over a bottle sometimes – so this seemed like the PERFECT girl date for us! We were invited by Laithwaites (the UK’s No.1 home delivery wine merchant!) to have a little peek at the Vintage Festival and to give ‘Wine tasting in the Dark’ a go – we were both pretty excited about kick starting our weekend off this way and also super intrigued to see how much an environment and playing around with your other senses, can affect your ability to taste! This was definitely an experience everyone should have a go at once in their life!

“How much can experimenting with the power of seeing, hearing and feeling really change our ability to taste”

I must admit, although I was thoroughly looking forward to the experience, I was also very dubious. “How much can experimenting with the power of seeing, hearing and feeling really change our ability to taste.” I can tell apart my whites from reds, but wasn’t expecting the fact we were sat in the pitch black, feeling different textures and listening different music, all whilst sipping wine, to have an effect on the taste. Oh god, I couldn’t have been more wrong – there is such thing as magic people (coming from the sceptic over here!) It began with a series of different experiments, all whilst sat in the dark (with the hosts equipped with night vision goggles and everything!) We compared wines, trying to distinguish the grapes first – red or white?

We then moved on to our hearing senses – can the music playing have an effect on the taste? Needless to say happy, jingle music made the Red taste a lot nicer than disjointed, sharp music! The biggest thing for me though, which even had Emma baffled, was when we tuned into our sense of touch. On one side we had sand paper and another some soft velvet – I KID YOU NOT the wine tasted like a whole different (and much more delicious!) bottle whilst touching the velvet! ( I repeated this another 5 times just to check 😉 ) MIND = TOTALLY BLOWN – this would also make the most fun dinner party game – am I right?!

“I actually kind of felt like a kid in a candy store. (except this is the grown up, prosecco obsessed version)”

Following this and after we got over our confusion and amazement (seriously though, if you want a cheap wine to taste incred, just invest in a velvet table!) we were then let loose into the festival. It’s always been something on my bucket list to go wine tasting, so this was something I was very much looking forward to (and can tick off of my 2017 list!) I actually kind of felt like a kid in a candy store. (except this is the grown up, prosecco obsessed version) – Laithwaites have the most INSANE array and cater for all budgets too, I feel like I’ve stumbled upon the wine version of my fave online clothes shop – browse, fill up that cart and have it all delivered to your door! They also do Hampers and spirits gifts (is it bad that I’ve pretty much sussed peoples Christmas presents already?!)

What better way to catch up and have amazing conversations with your favourites than to get together and congregate in a room full of amazing wine! We were given a glass and left to our own devices, which left me pretty happy to say the least (followed by a HUGE pizza fuelled lunch!) We discovered amazing, new wines (sparkling, chilled red wine – SO GOOD!) met some wonderful people and even began to plan a trip abroad purely for the wine tours! If you love wine, people and having a fab time, tasting in the dark and festivals like this are a total no brainer – it was SO much fun all sitting in the dark, laughing and experimenting without being able to see a thing! I’ve also got so much summer party inspo (and a list as long as my arm) of wines to try! Get out there and organise a day with your besties, you’ll feel so good for making time for the people you love and just enjoying yourself!

I hope you guys loved this one – we had SUCH A FUN time experiencing a ‘Taste in the Dark’ with Laithwaites at the Vintage festival, having a little try of everything – literally the most perfect friend date! I’d love to know what you guys love to do with your friends, film nights, cooking, shopping – share your best ways to spend time with your faves!
